FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS THE FIRST TIME YOU USE THE FILE UPLOAD FACILITIES.

 

If you are a client of Superior Scoping, you may use the file

uploading feature available on this page to move audio and other files from your personal computer to the Superior Scoping web site.

 

If you would like to take advantage of this free service, please contact me for a unique user name and password.  You will also be provided with a general password that will allow you to enter the upload facility.

 

Using Case CATalyst’s backup function, please back up your

transcript, including the AudioSync file.  You are now ready to

upload your .zip file.

 

To upload files, follow these steps:

 

1.         Click on the “upload your files” icon below.  To gain access to the upload facility, you will be asked to enter the general password.  Please enter this password and click on “enter.”

2.         This will take you to the upload connection page.  In the fields provided, please enter the host name ( www.superiorscoping.com), your user name, and your   individual password.  Leave the “starting directory” field blank, and do not check the “anonymous” box.  Click on  “connect.”

3.         This will take you to your personal upload control panel. Please click ONLY on the “upload” selection, in green on the far right.  You may now use the pop-up screen to upload up to five files to the Superior Scoping web site.  Click on the “browse” button next to each entry field to search your      personal computer hard disk and locate the file(s) that you would like to upload.  To select a file, just double-click on it.  You will notice that the entry field is now filled in with the path and the file name.

4.         When you have selected the file(s) to upload, click on “confirm upload.”  The upload process will now begin.  You will be given a confirmation message when the upload is complete.

Please remember that the time it takes to upload a file depends on the size of the file and the speed of your connection.

 

Once you have completed your file upload, you must use the “back” button on your browser to return to the Superior Scoping web site.
